The final weigh-in and pinch test will be on Mon. Aug.3/09 from 6pm-9pm.  All participants will weigh-in and then get their final body comp. test done(please bring suitable clothing).

% of body fat will be calculated and results will be announced on the website. Winners will be presented with their prizes on Fri. 7/09 at 7pm in the gym. Celebration to follow.

 

Weight Loss Tips:

  • Stop eating complex carbohydrates by 3pm everyday.
  • Try not to eat at least 3 hours before bedtime.
  • When doing cardio, stop doing (L)ow (I)ntensity (E)xercise! It's a lie! Adopt a interval workout for 10 to 15 mins, 1 min high high intensity, 2 min rest at a very low low intensity. Include a 5 min warm-up and 5 min cool-down and your done in less than 25 minutes, but have accomplished 20 times the amount of fat burning than the (LIE) could ever give you!
